Affordable, Accessible Care
I currently serve individuals over the age of 18 years for individual teletherapy in Texas.
Teletherapy sessions take place through a secure, HIPPA protected, video platform. This will require a stable internet connection and either a computer or phone with video and audio capabilities, as well as a quiet, private space to meet.
I currently accept private-pay and am credentialed with the following insurance panels:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Cigna
Holistic Hope Therapy considers the private pay route for therapy to be an advantage over using health insurance since you will not be term-limited in your therapy, your insurance company will not be given any details of your therapy, and you will not be given a diagnosis (this is helpful in case you are ever sued, and your medical records are subpoenaed).
A sliding scale fee is available for those who need financial support.
Self-Pay Pricing:
- Base Rate: $125/50-minute billable telehealth counseling session (video/call) for Texas residents. Sliding fee available.
- Cash / Check / Credit / HSA Card Accepted
- I’m happy to provide you with a Statement of Services (Superbill) that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
